• Database Hosting: Our database is securely operated and hosted on Neon (Postgres), which stores your user information, hashed passwords (encrypted via bcrypt), and authentication states.

• Transactional Emails: We use Resend exclusively to deliver account-related transactional emails.

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data.

• All passwords are symmetrically and irreversibly hashed before being saved into our databases.

• We employ strict role-based access control (Admin/User) to restrict internal API resources.

• Active sessions are protected via secure JWT tokens, keeping your connection safe.

However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Because of this, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

• Data Access & Modification: You can view or change most of your personal information directly by navigating to your account settings within the application.
